		If i had ruled the world, i would change how the constitution works. I will give power of decision in hands of people. The expenses that is made on the government level should be transparent and presented before the people. It should,in real terms,be for the people, by the people and from the people.Each norms and laws passed should be surveyed and judged based on how is that going to benefit the people and the nation. Any person involved in any illegal act, like murder, rape, betrayal,terrorism, naxalism etc, should be presented before the people. And it is the people

		I think we can have a world without war; where the rich can't exploit and enslave the poor; where people don't die of starvation; where we live in harmony with the environment and manage its gifts responsibly; and where child soldiers, corporate hitmen, and dictators are only whispers from the past. Where the best education, health care, shelter and food is available to everyone equally. I believe we have the ability and the resources to make this world today! Obama was right about one thing for sure, it is time for a change! And yes we can change!

		"You must be the change you want to see in the world." If I rule the world, I would concentrate more on change. Almost in the same perspective as Barack Obama, but mine's a bit different. Barack Obama wants change in America. I do support him. But for me, I want change in the whole world. I would stop the war and have peace. I would give funds to needing innocent citizens of Earth. I would stop pollution by producing solar and natural energies to be used in daily lives. I will plant greenhouses

		If I ruled the world, I wouldn't make a promise that I couldn't keep. I would be the change you want to see in the world the change we need. Taxes would be cut for all and war wouldn't be aloud, global warming and gas would no longer be an issue. I'm not for war and I'm not for paying $5.00 a gallon for gas help me to help you.
